There is a setting under Mail Service:Delivery entitled Dedupe email messages. If a single user is going to receive multiple copies messages of the same message the system will only deliver one. I have never experienced a problem with emails not being delivered in cases like this. I would venture to say that there is a configuration error somewhere, the a/s is grabbing the message, or the message isn't actually being delivered to both users. Increase logging (SMTP, A/S) and follow the message(s) path through the system. BTW... quote:
