I use an external spam/virus filtering service (Postini), so I'm not familiar with Ice Warp's capabilities in this area. For some reason, certain messages from China are constantly getting through. I need Ice Warp to block any message that contains "@tom.com". Is this possible? If so, how is it done?

Hi, Grayloon

Sure, there are several ways. You can make a rule or content filter (in mail service/filters), such as Where FROM (or where sender) contains tom.com, delete or reject (and you can even make it send a copy to some email address - set it without any mailbox size limit to avoid bounce backs - so you can audit).

Or if everyone is using antispam you could add to global blacklist in Status/spam queues/Blacklist, add a rule, sender tom.com, owner *

There are also DNSBLs that block entire countries or you can make a filter based on IP range.

regards,
Marcio
