When I try to send messages to the juno.com domain, messages seem to hang in the outgoing message queue. Any ideas?

Hi, Kzolp

You have to analyse the SMTP logs to find out whats going on... Post the log here, editing the confidential info and we can try to help.

Check if the DNS query (MX) works, if Merak tries to connect to their MX and what happens, if it is unable to connect (they might be blocking you, try a telnet), if thats the case, you can use Meraks SMTP/Routing feature to send all mail out to that destination via some other SMTP.
