Hello, Tsch Let me try to better understand... The way global address books work is usually based on the userbase in IceWarp server itself. You can use Oracle for the Groupware database and account storage. Anyways, you create a group account, for example, and define the members. For example the entire domain as a member and mark the checkbox to create contacts from the members. It will auto sync all your domain's email accounts to the address book. Each user has to sign up to the public folder in Webmail pro (in Options). So it seems the emails you want to put in your global address book are not the ones in your IceWarp account database? You want to import users from some other database into a public folder, is that it? If so, one way would be to export your Oracle DB and then put the content inside the text file that contains the members of the group account (in a group account click in members tab, then click on Text file button). It seems this info is in the text file, not the DB, if it was in the DB youd have to figure out the DB structure, etc. and put the data in there. Anyways, the group account only accepts and only makes sense if you have Merak users in it, so they can log to webmail, see the global address book, etc. One idea would be for you to use AD or LDAP and keep in Merak the userbase that you want to create global address book for. Please detail more, not sure I understood exactly what you want. regards, Marcio
