Evening All
Just upgraded from  9.4  to 10.7  and everythin gis great except for  webmail.  Kept getting  unabel to reach server.  I've narrowed this down  to cache.db  in teh  users webmail dirs.    Not sure If I can use convert_user_data  to correct this?

Probably just as soon migrate these all to our MS SQL servers anyway but I dont want to lose  the existing  customers  address books,etc...  Is the a migration tool for this?

thanks
MIke

You can find the migration in the administration control panel at System | Tools | Database Migration.

I would caution on using MySQL 5.1 as the documentation says, but I think your post said your going to MSSQL.  (Stay on MySQL 5.0 if I am wrong here.)

If your 9.4 users using the oldwebmail you will need to convert their data to the database. If they were on webmail Pro the data will be/has been converted and available in the v10 web Pro.

thanks  we were able to get  a MSSQl db up   and just decided to let it resync itself.      At first I thought the upgrade had done ok  but  we have repeating email coming up all over the place especially in the imap clients.  Domain users now that are getting refusal  bounces on sending email  so we've been in fire drill mode all day long

There is a reason I wait so long to do upgrades sometimes<g>

thanks
