Hi, i'm using version 9.3.2

My webmail every couple of hours shows this error when one tries to login

Line: 2975
Char: 1
Error: cHTTPRequest.send() - sync - URL server/webmail.php
         returned: Internet Server Error [500]
Code: 0

When this happens one cannot login. The fix is to restart the Web/Control service.

I enabled debug logging for the service.

Thank in advanced for your email.

Hi, Ferns

Really best you open a support ticket, if possible send support remote access (or logs, but I suspect remote access would be best, better check with them), etc... It could be several things, they will have to check if it happens with all accounts or with specific accounts, etc. and gather details from logs, use firebug firefox plugin to gather more info, etc.

You could try to run webmail under fastcgi (do search for it in forum) and also check if you have any messages .tmp or .imap inside your mail folder with letter E (do a search for *e*.tmp and *e*.imap), if you do, either delete them or run PHPfix (see http://forum.icewarp.com/m_60/mpage_1/key_phpfix/tm.htm#60), as there was an issue with filenames that have letter E (Merak no longer generates msgs with such letters). Notice if theres any file with letter E inside temporary upload folders inside /mail, if so delete them.

regards,
Flávio

Hi,

Like Flavio says, support-ticket =)

What you can do now is to enable the "Service Watchdog", this will check the Web/Control in the interval of xx/min and if the service is down it will restart it =)

Thanks guys, I think I found the problem, I had enabled Multi CPU Support...I think that was causing the issue, because it's been 3 days with no errors.

I opened a support ticket, since my webmail is really slow

Thanks!
