Hello -

I am having issues getting the Log Analyzer setup after the recent upgrade to 9.3.2 from 9.2.1. I've included the error below as reference:

11:54:09: [Info] # into server "main"
11:54:09: [Info] # using MSSQLServer syntax
11:54:09: [Info] # Use span log filenames = False
11:54:09: [Info] # Import log details = True
11:54:09: [Info] # Empty tables before import = False
11:54:09: [Info] # Asynchronous query import = False
11:54:09: [Info] # Base log directory = "<local directory>"
11:54:09: [Info] Deleting already imported data.
11:54:09: [Error] ERROR:The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value

The interesting thing in looking at this is I have changed the "Server ID" to mail now, yet the log error states that this is still stated as "main". I have also selected to have this not delete anything prior to import data, as the tables are empty anyway. Is there a service Basically, it looks like any changes I make now are not taken within the Merak Server Admin Console(win2k3). Is there a service to restart that this information is bound in or some other fix for this known to others?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Hi,

The log has nothing else?

I suggest you contact support. They seem to have newer executables for IceWarp Log Analyser. With them, mine works great with both SQL Server and MySQL. And if needed you can send them access to check, they helped me a lot.

regards,
Marcio

You can download the latest version here http://www.icewarp.it/ILA-latest.zip
Copy the files mlaimp.exe, reports.xml and ILA.exe from the zip loganalizer directory to the loganalyzer directory of your server.
