Hi One of my customers exchange servers went down for 2 hours, and when it was restarted,all mail for that period seems to be lost, using 9.2.1, setup as a backup domain to Exchange server. SMTP Service---Delivery---- Undeliverable = 10 days Warning after = 2 hours Bounce back messages = all SMTP Log shows mail recieved for delivery, then the message below for all delivery attempts, but no mail queued or delivered after remote server was restarted? also no bounced messages or undeliverable notifications? 1 2065 00:00:00 INCOMPLETE-SESSION PQO89054 SYSTEM [164C] 08:18:16 Client session Disconnected Any ideas please, could any other setting cause this to happen??
