Status: offline 		My outgoing mail is gradually crawling to a stop, often timing out outlook express.  The connection happens quickly and then sending takes a long time. Size of the message does not seem to matter.  What could I be missing?

Status: offline 		We have seen similar issues if customers used virus scanners, that scan outgoing mails.
