Hi, Palidin Yes, if the checkbox is not active, the rules are not applied. Whitelists in antispam are one thing, its stored in antispam database and depends on user having antispam service active. Rules are something else, where you can also create some type of whitelisting rule (Where sender is X, reject). Antispam logs can help to troubleshoot if there was a bypass due to antispam whitelisting, SMTP logs can help to see if a Rule was hit. regards, Marcio
