I am testing a Marak server upgrade in a virtual environment from 8.5.0.5 to 9.3.2

After upgrading the server, the first thing I tried to do is convert to strict UTF as per this doc:
http://esupport.icewarp.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=83

I noticed in v. 9.3.2 that the page actually called convert_user_data.html now (which differs from the document)

So, after I logged in as ad administrative user and visited:
http://mymailserver:32000/admin/tools/convert_user_data.html
and it tossed a 404 error.

I can see that the files exist here: C:\Program Files\Merak\html\admin\tools.
I tried changing it from convert_user_data.html to convert_user_data.php and that didn't work either.

I can see the 404 access error in my web server log.

Other sub folder applications are working ok
(like /pda/)

Are there some PHP settings that needed to change that are missing from documentation?

UPDATE
For anyone interested, I found that there were some settings in the Web Service section preventing access to this folder.

Hi, Melanie

Maybe check with support giving them some type of access. It has to run. You say other pages are executing, so I imagine its not a port or path issue, so maybe the .html is not mapped in your Merak webserver.dat? Try to put some normal html test page, or rename it to php, do excludent tests to figure out why it doesnt execute, compare with a fresh install or even upgrade to new Merak renaming merak/config/webserver.dat so you get a fresh one (if you have more sites defined besides the default one, they will be lost).

regards,
Marcio
