Hi, Steve I think it might be a bit hard to troubleshoot this via Forum. I suggest you send in all the evidence (the messages that are not filtered), your rules (filter.dat) to support, so they can simulate and understand whats going on. There are other ways, like Antispam Bypass (B) and whitelisting in antispam, however your rules should work. Maybe some other rule is being met and since theres a stop processing it doesnt go to the next rule? Try to move the rule up as the first one, try to add is a global server rule (In mail service/filters). Do telnet tests or use SMTP Traffic test to simulate the problem and see if you can make it work. Check SMTP Logs to see if it says a Rule went into action. But surely will solve faster if you send the evidence to support... Maybe afterwords you can post here for us the results. regards, Marcio
