Done the conversion...

only problem is... I am unable to set it so all my users in the domain get the allstaff subscription/ contact list etc without explicitly going into Tools/ options / Sharing / Public Folders and then clicking on the allstaff Public Folder.

Is there a way to automatically subscribe everyone in that list under the management console so the users don't have to do it. ?

Hi, Mfac

From what I talked to IceWarp support in the past, when I suggested this also, I believe this is planned for the future, to have a way to autosign all users to public folders without them having to do it manually.

to get the GAL visable to users you need to manualy select it per user??

Hi,

Yes. So if you create a group account, add members (like the entire domain) and ask to make contacts out of the members (global address book) + calendar/tasks, etc. each user has to sign up to it in Webmail pro in Options, they have to sign up to the shared public folder.

It seems in the near future this will be changed from what I talked to IW support.
