Hello Neil,
1, Stop IceWarp services
2, turn off Watchdog for a while
3, delete all old PHP sessions /icewarp/php/temp - all files with "sess_"
4, Start IceWarp service, turn on Watchdog and check Error log.

Hi Milan,
Hope your well.
I fixed this by deleting the background--default.jpg file as per the attached.
https://support.icewarp.com/hc/en-us...ult-background
This caused all of the issues.
Cheers

Same Problems
I encounter the same problems. I've tried all possibilities : new VM on Windows 2012R2, 48 Go RAM, SSD, 12 CPU allowed.... Every day VM is restarted... And some days it works, some we see "impossible service processing....." Then I see more than 2000 sessions in Icewarp/php/temp.
One thing is clear : Our server doesn't work 2 consecutive days.
Our support haven't any answer....
