Recalling or retrating an email

Is there a way of recalling / retracting an email from the Webclient, like one can do with outlook?

Do you mean: An employ quits and you want to retain there email but delete the account? If so I have not found a way to transfer ownership of the email, docs etc to another user. I add the account to Outlook with IMAP and create an Archive. Archive all there emails and download all the files in their docs folder. Then bundle the files into a zip file for archiving only one file. Then I delete the account. If there is a better way I would likewise love to know it. :3
