Hi Guys, just a quick question. We host email for a company with about 50 users which uses groupware calendars intensively, sharing calendars between them etc. Problem is that when someone resign, they want to keep that persons calender, but also assign the calender to a new appointment.

My Question: If one just rename the old username (resigned employee) to a new username (new employee) AND Important will it keep the calender info and appointments from the previous user (resigned employee) intack ?

Anyone done it before ? or is there another way of doing it and ensure that the calender stay intack when you rename the uername ?
