I have a user whose account is setup as imap+pop3 and has been using the webmail server to access their email. They now want to switch to using Outlook and would like to import all their existing folders and sent mail. I know how to import/export the contact list, but I do not see how to help them move their existing email to their local outlook install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Max

I dont think theres much of a way, besides creating a temporary account for him with his IMAP and him dragging manually to his PST.
