Afaik its just for 1 keyword, not a series of words/phrase. But give it a shot, add the phrase, send a message with it and check your antispam logs if it increased X points. Its not adding anything to blacklist Afaik, its just increasing the antispam score.
You could also make a content filter to do the same, then for sure you can put an entire phrase or so, but be careful with processing since it will scan big msgs, so you can add a condition "if message is less then 40 kbytes", for example, so it only does this for smaller msgs. Antispam has such feature also to not scan msgs bigger then X kbytes.
Usually its not very effective to keep adding words and phrases, best is to rely on antispam which will usually catch such messages...
