They are all in F1 help and documentation (in f1 help the section List Server - List Server). You can automate users subscribing/leaving a list via some ASP/PHP script or so, or even use mailing lists with databases as the source, so you use your own programming to add emails to the database directly, which I believe is even better. regards, Marcio
