Hello there.
we have merak 9.3.1 and webmail pro.
is there any way to Synchronize sent item from webmail pro to outlook?
i have no idea how to do this, so i have changed sent item folder into inbox because only inbox Synchronized.
I am using only pop3 for storage limitation.
even i have checked out Synchronize option it is not Synchronize with my outlook.

use outlook 2007, it has the option to save items to imap sent folder.
Outlook 2003 can do it also, but you have to do it via rules.

With POP the short answer is no. You cannot synchronize the sent [items] folder. This is due to the limitations in the POP3 protocol.
Some email clients (Outlook does not from my memory, but I think OE will (go figure)????), will support this syncronization if you are using IMAP. The sent items mail store may then be sync'd with the server. But realize that in doing this the client will have to send the item twice (SMTP & IMAP).
that's all nothing else...

Hi,
Yes, as the guys said, you need to use IMAP for that. In webmail options you can sync the name of sent items folder so its the same as in your email client.
